What to include when you contact Elektrocast
The more we know, the faster we can recommend a furnace and prepare an accurate quote.
Process and material
What you want to do – hardening, tempering, melting, firing – and which metal, alloy, clay or glass you use.
Size and weight of the load
Dimensions of your largest parts and the typical load per cycle, so we can size the chamber correctly.
Temperature
The working temperature you need and, if possible, your heating and cooling schedule.
Power supply
Whether you have single-phase 230 V or three-phase 400 V available where the furnace will stand.

How quickly will I get a reply?
We reply to every enquiry within one working day. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 Central European Time.
Is the advice free?
Yes. Choosing the right furnace and an initial quote cost you nothing. We would rather spend time getting the specification right than sell you a furnace that does not fit your process.
Can you build a furnace to my drawing or specification?
Yes – most of our projects are built to order. Send us your drawing or requirements and we will propose the chamber size, power and controls. Browse our products for examples of what we make.
