Solid welded furnace frame

Welded Frame & Protection

The furnace frame is a solid, welded structure resistant to high temperatures and harsh operating conditions. It provides stability, ease of operation, and protection against mechanical damage, resulting in a longer lifespan and lower operating costs.

Replaceable Kanthal A-1 heating panels

Replaceable Heating Panels

The furnace is equipped with heating panels that can be easily removed if damaged — replacement takes place without dismantling the insulation. Coils are precisely positioned in replaceable fireclay plates, ensuring even heat distribution.

Kanthal A-1 resistance wire

Original Kanthal A-1 Wire

We exclusively use high-grade resistance wire from the renowned manufacturer Kanthal, type A-1. This wire features thermal resistance up to 1400°C and maintains nearly constant resistance at high temperatures, guaranteeing the durability of key furnace components.

Chamber Insulation

Insulation Material

We use high-quality insulating materials such as ceramic fiber, which guarantee excellent protection against heat loss. Our multi-layer insulation not only ensures optimal conditions inside the furnace but also minimizes the external shell temperature. The heating chamber is constructed from impregnated ceramic plates resistant to operating conditions.

Automation

Temperature Control

The PID temperature controller allows setting a target temperature and features a continuous operation mode. It ensures setting accuracy to 1ºC. Measurement is carried out via a temperature sensor — a Type K thermocouple.

Optional features on request:

Multi-Program Controller

Allows programming multiple process steps. Each step consists of three settings: target temperature, ramp-up time, and soak time at the target temperature.

Reinforced Hearth (SiC)

Made of silicon carbide SiC (Mohs hardness 9.5, operating temperature up to 1600°C). Recommended for heavy loads, protecting the hearth from scratches and mechanical damage.
