Steel Tempering and Annealing Furnaces
We design and manufacture industrial chamber furnaces for post-hardening tempering processes, stress relief annealing, as well as die and tool tempering. We guarantee a high degree of temperature uniformity throughout the entire chamber.

Solid Construction and Technological Solutions
Reliability and long service life in harsh industrial environments
Welded Steel Frame
A rigid, high-temperature resistant structure ensures mechanical stability, prevents distortion, and lowers operating costs.
Kanthal A-1 Coils
Heating elements made of Kanthal A-1 wire (resistant up to 1400°C) housed in replaceable panels — replacement takes place without dismantling insulation.
Microprocessor PID
A controller with setpoint accuracy up to 1°C and a Type K thermocouple sensor guarantee stable maintenance of the target temperature.
Basic Parameters and Chamber Dimensions
Standard equipment configurations (we also manufacture custom sizes according to specifications)
| Capacity | Chamber dimensions [W x H x D mm] | Loading method | Maximum temperature [°C] | Power [kW] |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 16 L | 200 x 200 x 400 | side-loading | 1100 | 2.5 |
| 24 L | 200 x 200 x 600 | side-loading | 1100 | 5 |
| 34 L | 200 x 200 x 850 | side-loading | 1100 | 6.5 |
| 48 L | 200 x 200 x 1200 | side-loading | 1100 | 10 |
| 73.5 L | 350 x 350 x 600 | side-loading | 1100 | 6 |
| 202.5 L | 450 x 900 x 500 | top-loading | 1100 | 7.5 |
